The European School of Project Management

The European School of Project Management (ESPM) is a non-profit consortium created in 2009 to promote and provide training in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management.

Projects are the heart and soul of organisational change for the private and the public sectors alike.

The ESPM provides the necessary knowledge and professional accreditations to ensure effective project governance.

By Project Management we imply the mix of methods, best practice, technology and emotional skills necessary to execute initiatives in the shortest and most effective course of action, thus translating the organisation’s strategy into a portfolio of projects delivering beneficial outcomes.

Achieving consistent Project Management skills is a top corporate priority for many organizations operating under the current market conditions, as confirmed by numerous studies and by the ever growing number of certified professionals in project and programme management.

The consortium aggregates and promotes professionals and companies, sharing expertise in the practical application of methods, technologies and soft skills necessary to best manage projects and programmes for the final benefit of the organisational strategy.

The School is accredited by some the most respected Project Management associations worldwide and can provide certification courses for the following institutes (OCG PRINCE2™, PMI CAPM® and PMP®, ISIPM).

We are able to provide its training activities in many languages, including English, French, German, Italian and Arabic.
