The European School of Project Management (ESPM) delivered the seminar "Project Management as a Lever of Change and Innovation in the Public Administration". The seminar, enjoying an attendance of over 120 managers from the various sectors of the Public Administration, was organized by the Fondazione CUOA (Centro Universitario in Organizzazione Aziendale).

Using case studies and practical testimonies, Roberto Villa of ESPM illustrated the major risks of poor project management and how to avoid them. The seminar was followed by an interactive ìquestions and answersî session.
